Gaia greenenergy holding’s boutique office is located in Vauxhall street Colombo 02, covers a 350 square meter foot print. The layout comprises of minimally design office suites, and an open plan cluster seating arrangement spacious distributed throughout the floor area. The overall design concept is kept minimal and modern. The colour tones used are based on earthy hues to highlight the green energy concept.

The existing terrazzo floors was paired with warm rugs, teal blue ottomans, and tan lounge chairs as break away spaces. The executive office suites are treated with beige tone carpets with a textured linear pattern, to provide a subtle contrast between the open work stations and the collection of office suites. The work station in the office suites which takes up most of the space, is stabilized with slender steel bases creating an open feel within, whilst the visitors chairs of deep earthy tones, tan cement textured wallpaper, and green wall art prints provides a sense of warmth to the interior.

The open work station clusters are kept minimal and clutter free with neatly designed storage units. The boardroom and reception areas too take a sleek modern look with the use of light coloured timber floors and contemporary furniture pieces each carefully selected to suit the space. The boardroom is enclosed with glass walls, and draped with a light sheer curtain which provides a sense of elegance to the interior. The minimal green art work and the aluminum lattice panels mounted on the walls emphasizes on the overall greenenergy concept of the company.
